Common questions
What counts as a page?
A page is one URL on your site — your homepage, an About page, a Services page, etc. A long single-scroll homepage with multiple sections is still one page. If you're not sure where your build will land, ask us during the demo.
Who provides images and text?
Either of us can. If you have photos and copy, send them over (up to 25MB per file). If you don't, we'll suggest stock options or write drafts you can revise. Photo shoots and original copywriting are quoted separately.
What about my domain?
If you already own one, we'll point it at your new site at no charge. If you don't, we can register and manage it for you for a small additional fee — domain pricing changes year to year, so we pass it through.
How fast are edits?
Most plain-English edits preview in seconds. You decide when they go live. Larger structural changes may need a quick review on our side before going out.
Are there limits on how many edits I can request?
There's no hard cap, but the service is built around reasonable use for a real business. If usage looks more like an automated test harness than a small business, we'll reach out.
What happens if I cancel?
No contract, cancel anytime. Once you cancel, the site comes offline and the recurring charge stops. We can provide a static export of the final version on request.
What does Custom typically cost?
It depends entirely on scope — a small online store is very different from a multi-language booking platform. Send a brief description of what you need and we'll come back with a real number.
